Upon arrival, I was told my wait was going to be an hour for a pedicure. It was a Saturday, therefore, I did expect it to be busy. They got me in and soaking in about 25 minutes, not an hour, and shortly after they started the pedicure service. The staff was SO friendly, they communicated well and always made me feel welcomed. The service itself was wonderful; extremely relaxing, efficient, and definitely affordable. The massage chairs ACTUALLY massaged and felt so good. Overall, a GREAT experience. I will be back! ❤️

This may be one of the worst nail experiences ever. They are horrible. Not one of my nails looks the same, the nails are not even, they’re all a different shape. They are so thick. I’ve never left so ashamed to have my nails looking like this ever. I’m immediately going to a different salon to get my nails fixed. Not to mention I was there for 2 hours while she did my nails. I paid 62 dollars for this??? I’d be ashamed to work there knowing my staff is producing product like those.

**Since it wont let me respond to the owner, Yes I accepted the fill and the horrible paint job because I had been there already for 2 hours and I had a meeting I needed to be at, like I told you. You did state that you were going to paint the nail to cover up the mess up and then come back and Rose will fix it for me and I “not pay”. Your customers should always come first. If you mess up their nails, you should fix them. You would expect that if you went to a restaurant and they messed your food up, You would want them to fix it right?? You should see my nails now, how Rose let me walk out. Didn’t buff them and you can see the ridges where she used the tool to take the gel off. HORRIBLE. Word of mouth will hurt a business fast. Good Luck**

The lady did a great job! She took her time and made sure it was done correctly. I have very thin nails and requested the dremel not to be used on my actual nail. She accommodated and was very friendly and understanding about it. My nails look and feel great!

My nail artist was wonderful! I wish they told you to add the tip prior because you can’t do it after. I give it a two because the service was so quick and very minimal products were used. Like no soap was in the water to soak in. It was just water….so in reality lotion was massaged up my dirty foot and leg…yum

Personality of the whole shop is a big fat Zero! Nails looked good, though. I’m looking for a new regular salon because Bella Lash &Nails are no longer worth going to…I was with Bella’s for over 20 years and there’s no loyalty there anymore. Becky is too big for her britches now.
