Nice people, lots of options of types of pedicures, but overall overpriced and doesn’t last long. My pedicure cost $52 before tip and it was not that special. My nails weren’t filed well and were still longer than I would like. Plus they chipped within a week (second set of photos) and could have been painted more precisely to begin with (first set of photos). The large aquarium is cool!

I am beyond disappointed by my recent service for my nails. I wanted a manicure for my trip. My acrylic set was removed I asked to not have my nails cut but they were anyway. She cleaned my Cuticles but didn’t remove all the acrylic from my nails, filed my nails down even further and “shaped” them. I did not get any polish or anything else because I was so near tears. I was then charged $27 for this service. I will not be going back even though I loved getting pedicures here.

I went to this salon with my husband and had a great experience with the staff. Less than 24 hours after 1 of my nails came off. (Didn’t do anything to make it come off, didn’t even realize it was gone until I was washing my hands) I went back to have it fixed and the owner was extremely rude. They were busy, he wanted me to wait an hour for them to fix it. I asked if I could leave and come back in an hour to do some other things he told me NO, that he wouldn’t hold my spot if I wasn’t back in time because it was a hindrance to other clients. I will not ever return to this establishment.

Love the vibe and the quality of work … Young is my nail tech and I absolutely love her. I have been to several nail salons and she in my opinion is one the the best. The only person I will let touch my nails now.

Nice nail salon. I had a great solar nail application and the technician was really kind. Some walls and bathroom areas were not clean. Pedicure chairs needed disinfecting. Easy fixes.

Full disclosure, this is my 3rd review for Bebe Nails. I posted a review last week, after being unsatisfied with the quality of work I received. I must also add that, for personal reasons, I did not have time to ask for anything to be fixed, or to even tell anyone I wasn’t happy. The manager contacted me very quickly after I posted my complaint, however, and made sure to let me know that they wanted to make things right. He was extremely apologetic, and told me to come in as soon as possible. I was able to go in today, and I am EXTREMELY happy with the outcome. And, other than the 2 worn and haggard women sitting close to the door in the pedicure chairs , it was a great experience! I still haven’t found a salon that doesn’t “double dip”…and after Bebe Nails went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied, I will be a returning client. I will also make sure to speak up at the time of service, should this ever happen again. Although, I seriously don’t see this being a problem in the future.

Excellent service, lovely facilities, and a wide selection of services. They offer everything from regular polish to shellac.Parking in the back of the building is shared with the surrounding businesses so if you’re looking to make a day of getting pampered, get there earlier in the day.

Older gentleman was supposed to do a $70 pedicure +$15 for shellac. He cut my nails so unevenly and lop sided. Paint job was terrible!!! Uneven, bumpy all around my cuticles. Took him an hour just to do paint because of how many times he started over because he knew it was awful. He used a very harsh file to remove the 5 layers of shellac he had previously done. Cutting up my cuticles badly. End result wasn’t anything better bumpy and ugly. He graciously took off $25 but I still paid $60 for a lop sided mess.

Ive come here 3 times and each time I liked my nails. I don’t care for the atmosphere of the place, I get a weird unfriendly vibe and it feel like they are always giggling and talking about there customers in there language. My issue today was that I told the last time that I was there it wouldn’t cost me anything to get the previous set of nails off if I get a new set. Today they charged me to take off the old set of nails they applied on with a new set put on…update. 9/25/22 I was treated at this place for my bday although I didn’t care for my past experiences here I went anyway because someone was paying for me. I got a pedicure. The service was very rushed and the worker didn’t give me callus treatment in which was the main reason I wanted a pedicure. That will be my last visit at this salon.
