They all have great manners, always available & have plenty of colors to choose from. I’ve only experienced one time I wasn’t too fond of my nails and when I expressed it they changed them to my liking without any trouble or attitude. terrible, they completely rushed through the whole process and did not listen to me when I said I did not want my nails cut too short. made an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes, and was told it would be $90 when I stated that the woman on the phone told me $60. very rude and unprofessional, you’ll have a much better experience elsewhere, this is money gone down the drain.

Positive: QualityI went in for a pedicure because my other nail shop didn’t do a good job and left my nails damaged . I was helped by Gina and she did such a great job on my feet and I told her about my hands being super sensitive because of previous damage from another nail tech she recommended nail dip ! I’m so glad I did not only do my nails look good , they don’t hurt because of the light coating she applied . Will be returning . I was helped by Gina and she did such a great job on my feet and I told her about my hands being super sensitive because of previous damage from another nail tech she recommended nail dip ! Got a manicure with my cousin and we’re pretty disappointed. My nail tech was very aggressive and refused to do multiple colors or designs because her shift was ending. My cousin started bleeding because of her nail tech being aggressive. They also messed up the colors of her nails and didn’t place the colors properly.

Critical: QualityI did not like this experience at all, I originally went in for a fill and asked for a design but they told me they could only do French and full color. Update: from 4 down to 2… just went in and was overcharged for acrylic and gel. Asking for a design with crystals that is just pitiful and lazy workw.i spent 107 dollars for this man to be rude and tough with my fingers and my hands. Cuts galore… I’ve given them a second chance but be warned..

I got here. I was sat and had my feet soaking. My pedicurist left to get my gel color. Someone came in and she sat her down and started fixing her broken nail. Two people were sat after me and their pedicure started with other pedicurista. My friend’s pedicure started and 10 minute later The pedicurist came back to get started. I was upset but just told her I changed my mind. She literally was going to try to do the other woman’s nails and do my pedicure at the same time, that is not sanitary. You know she came back to me and did not wash her hands so that told me a lot.
