Critical: Professionalism, QualityI came in AN HOUR before they closed for a simple acrylic set. She completely rushed like she had to leave immediately. I pointed out they were completely different shapes and color on the skin and she said just come back tomorrow and she MIGHT fix them but they would have to see about more charges. IM FURIOUS!!! UNACCEPTABLE!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHorrible. Stay away. There are too many other nail salons in the area that deserve your business. They drilled my real nails to remove gel polish instead of taking the time to soak. I complained multiple times to just be ignored. Horrible. Stay away. There are too many other nail salons in the area that deserve your business. They drilled my real nails to remove gel polish instead of taking the time to soak. I complained multiple times to just be ignored. I ended up leaving before my nails were polished because they caused so much damage to my real nails. Completely inept.

Critical: QualityI came here for the first time (figured I would go somewhere close to home and support a local business and they had a 4.2 rating) with my 7 yr old. They did a nice (ish) job on her gel manicure but… my tips and dip powder were not that great. The techs were friendly but my right hand looks fine and the left looks awful. The nails are bumpy and uneven and the wrong size tip was put on one finger. It seemed like a lot of attention was paid to my nails but when I got a good look they looked the opposite. I came here for the first time (figured I would go somewhere close to home and support a local business and they had a 4.2 rating) with my 7 yr old. They did a nice (ish) job on her gel manicure but… my tips and dip powder were not that great. The techs were friendly but my right hand looks fine and the left looks awful. The nails are bumpy and uneven and the wrong size tip was put on one finger. It seemed like a lot of attention was paid to my nails but when I got a good look they looked the opposite. The Customer Service was very upbeat & the Services were Phenomenal. They were very diligently; involved with their clients. They were Swift Fast & the Services were Superb. I would definitely Recommend them to my Family & Friends. They had the Covid-19 Rules & Regulations in place, & the Prices of the Services were definitely affordable. I Cnt wait 2GO back. My experience at BeBe Nails Was everything that I was expecting it to be. The Customer Service was very upbeat & the Services were Phenomenal. They were very diligently; involved with their clients. They were Swift Fast & the Services were Superb. I would definitely Recommend them to my Family & Friends.
