I went in on 8/20/2022 for a Volume lash fill. I was barely able to open my eyes without them stinging and watering for at least 20min after the fill was completed. I noticed throughout the week that the technician used too much glue and glued lashes on top of each other (the most I found clumped together was 5 volume fans!!!!) I had to take them all off because my lashes were being pulled from being glued together. I called to advise what happened and the woman on the phone told me ‘that’s what they have to do when you want full lashes’ I know for a fact that is not how volume lashes should be applied as I have been getting my lashes done for 4yrs now. I would not recommend this place to get your lashes done at all. Not to mention they told me I had an appointment at 2:30pm and they didn’t start the service until after 3:00pm

This is coming from someone that’s in the service industry. So you know it took a lot for me to get on here and make a post. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. After being 45 minutes late on my appointment because they always overbooked their customers. Proceeded to tell me that I was being disrespectful and rude to his employee because she took three hours to do a short dip and it’s OK that she doesn’t have to do the topcoat because I have somewhere to be. Then he yelled at me because I was rushing her. On top of that was late about 35 minutes on my appointment time and wanted me to wait even more never apologize never took responsibility just continued on yelling at me. This being said I know I’m not the only one so I’ll be creating a surviving baby nail customer service page on Facebook. And will be asking for people to share their story. I know I’m not the only one in the business bureau needs to get involved.

The shop is not as fancy or new looking as a more expensive place, but the employees seems to work pretty hard. I had a basic Mani/Pedi (gel) and it was around $60. It was ok. You kind of get what you pay for.

One male nail technician was very rude to a customer because she was standing up for a younger girl who said her nails were hurting because he was filling too hard. This young girl thought the little girl’s nail was bleeding and the nail technician cussed out the girl because she stated that.

Critical: QualityTerrible! Lots of pressure to get gel or powder instead of regular. The acrylic was uneven, jagged, and had bubbles in it. She rushed through the polish leaving bubbles and streaks. She left the polish on my skin, would get angry if I asked her to correct anything. Basically, it looks like a 5 year old gave me a full set and polish

The guy in the black leather jacket started getting aggressive with my hands doing my acrylics and I started bleeding and they look awful. A waste of $65, Don’t go here save your money and go somewhere that they will do a quality job. I wish I would have kept my other acrylics because these are the poorest quality, crooked and trash

I went for the basic manicure. I got color changing polish (didn’t tell me it was $10 extra) I left the salon with my cuticles bleeding & swollen (literally had scabs!) but the color was cute. Here I am trying to take the polish off & it’s like they put acrylic on them!!! This is after being soaked in acetone (did nothing), my coarse filer (didn’t actually work just scratched the polish), I had to peel them off!!! My finger nails are 10x worse than I entered the store with.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have never in my life felt so robbed and humiliated. I am seeking out an attorney. The owner was so rude to me, he said if I don’t like the way they do lashes I never have to come back to them. No one disclosed anything to me about these lashes, not only are they disturbing, but no matter how much baby oil, coconut oil or Vaseline I used, the lashes would never come off. He told me they are busy and have customers and do not have time to remove my lashes. Charged me $85 cash and it was a nightmare. I don’t know which one is worse, the service or the lashes. Never again will I take a risk in this dump! All of you who want to save money, go ahead wreck your natural beauty because they won’t tell you that they are stealing your money, and your identity. I will never in my entire life return. They need to shut this place down immediately!!! Very rude customer service, they are not professionals, and just a word of advice, you are not saving money. You are allowing them to destroy your image. I soaked in oil, nothing worked.
