The single worst experience I’ve had in my WHOLE LIFE. The photo you see attached is 2 hours of powder dip! First the nail tech kept messing up a simple squiggle design. Since she was obviously struggling I told her to just to do French mani and call it a day. That also came out horrendous. I settled for just keeping the base color I had on my nail which was gel because I originally wanted a design. I asked if they would honor a discount for the failed attempt and they refused. I told them I’m not paying $70 and they said they could take the color off and left me with this clear power color and the total came out to $55 which is still not worth the experience. As a business owner this is absolutely embarrassing to see!!!! Next time save ur business’ reputation , time, material and labor cost and just say you’re not capable!!!

Absolutely terrible. Took 3 hours to do sloppy, uneven nails. Also, filed down my skin to the point where it was painful, even after telling nail tech multiple times. Waste of time and money.

Was excited when this salon opened because it’s closer to my house and less expensive than the places I usually go to (Latoue or Le Charme on 3rd Ave). First experience here was fine. My pedicure wasn’t amazing but it was good for the price. On my second visit though, the nail tech cut my toenails too short and cut the corners at a downward angle instead of evenly straight across, resulting in an ingrown toenail. Being in pain and looking at a potential doctor’s visit definitely isn’t worth saving a few dollars on having my nails done.

Emmy did a great job! I wanted to try a marble design and it didn’t come out the way I wanted it to the first time, but Emmy redid the design without hesitation. I really like how my nails came out, especially the shape. I’ve been to salons where the almond shape comes out more round looking but not here! I highly recommend this place.

Critical: ProfessionalismBait & Switch – Beware!I went in here and asked for a pedicure and manicure. As the gentleman sat me down at the station he asked if I wanted a “spa” pedicure – to which I stated no.Sometime later, as my pedicure was almost finished, the girl doing it went into the back, and came out with little baggies of green liquid in them. I told her, once again, that I did not want a “spa” pedicure. She then said ok and finished the pedicure. I knew from then on it was a bait and switch so I told them I did not want the manicure anymore.As I went to pay, she came with me to the gentleman who originally sat me down (now at the register) spoke to him in Chinese, and he instantly had a look of aggravation and annoyance on his face. I don’t need to speak the language to understand that there little bait and switch scheme didn’t work!The funny thing is this: The girl actually did a good job on my feet, and I would have kept going back. But now, since they tried to con me out of $38, I will NEVER go back. I will tell all my friends NOT to go and I figured I would post a review here to warn other people.Don’t try and screw people, it will come back and bite you. I work hard for my money. Terrible service!! I did dip powder on my nails and that same day they started peeling off! Went back a couple of times to get them fixed. Pedicure also was bad, they cut my nails al crooked and painted them unevenly. She had to repaint the again. Definitely never going back!!
