The Tech who did my pedicure was nice, she did an alright job. I felt much better when another Tech, Eric did my nail design.He was very personable which I like. Also wasn’t that pleased with the manicure, went in with long nails especially on my left hand and now I can barely scratch myself, good thing my nails grow fast. Lol I’ll give them another chance though and just have Eric do them.

Worst nail service I have ever received. If I could leave no stars I would. Jay did my dip powder for me the first time and not even 2 days later it’s lifting and gel top coat is peeling off. So I return to have it repaired. After he repairs it, it looks so much worst than before. He never even adds a top coat. Worst of all I call Tina to let her know what is going on and she tells me there is nothing she can do for me and hangs up on me. She says she can neither fix it or issue me a refund, my nails are the problem and I’m on my own. Save your time and money and just drive 5 minutes down the road to Custom Nails, much better service and quality of work.

Nice atmosphere. It has the potential to be great but the staff is very lazy and does not know what they are doing. I paid extra for toe nail polish removal that they didn’t even fully remove. My dip powder nails were crooked and not smooth. I asked multiple times for things to be fixed/ adressed and the solution was even worse. I will not go back here. *After two days I had nail chipping on both my toes and fingers and one nail fully broke.*

How in the h*** does this business continue to stay open. I am a stickler for customer service. When somebody comes in your establishment and spends their hard earned money they expect excellent customer service. These people are rude and they need to shut this place down or sell it to someone else that can Serve the community better. As long as these people own and manage this place I will never come back and I Will let everyone in my community(Brandywine) know about this place.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I left the salon and came straight home to write this one! I come to your store, like the second or third person in the door this morning, you do my toes first. So evidently the girl who does toes doesn’t do nails. One of the ladies, look like one of the sisters or the owners, comes to me directly and say, ” I will do your nails, she just doing your feet.” I say ok, she brings me to the front, where I sit for like an hour waiting, you never acknowledge me sitting there, you have all these other techs doing nails and finish, then go in the back to start doing toes, when you have folks waiting to get their nails done. A lady walks in, hours after me mine you, and you go and put her in your chair, never looking at me, acknowledging me, or apologizing or anything. After I’ve been there for 2 hrs?? Even if the women had an appt. you should acknowledged me or have someone else start on my nails. While I was getting my feet done you could have removed my nail polish or wrapped my fingers so they could be ready when my feet were done. Just the worst customer service and time management skills I have seen in a long time. I keep trying to give this place a chance, but they have truly lost me for a customer forever, this time! I took a 3 yr break from them before and came back…they don’t have to worry about me anymore…Wish I could give them ZERO stars!

Terrible pedicure . Bad customer service !!! I wasn’t greeted and the women never lifted my foot she kept tapping my foot for me to lift it. I work very hard and I’m spending 50.00 for a pedicure! Do it right !!! This women didn’t even massage my feet! Just my legs ! I’m honestly it’s the worst pedicure I have ever gotten in my life ! Congratulations !!! You were awful ! And she did a bad job I could have done better at home. It’s time for me to find a black nail tech !! They fell off ! I will never again patronize this business.

This was my 1st time here and I am pleasantly surprised! I came for a full and the nail tech did a GREAT job, was very sweet and FAST!!!!!!! The shop is really cute with dark wood colors and calming music. They have office style chairs so they are super comfy even without a massage feature. I may have to go here when I need a pedicure.
