I decided to try this place out since its a few min by my house, i arrived at 9:10 am and got helped at 9:15, pretty fast which is excellent for me. Nicki did my pedicure, really nice and courteous nail tech , so definitely recommend her. She worked on my feet in a timely manner and was gentle. I got dip on my nails with a lady named Be, really quite and focused on her work, which I liked, I’m not big on conversating so I didn’t mind her being so quite, I honestly don’t like spending too much time at the nail salon. I’ll be back on my nails review tho, to see how long they last and if Be did a good job. I definitely recommend this place….i will be back and make a 2nd review.

I normally don’t complain when it comes to nails but this place was completely unprofessional. For starters the owner was rude and I had originally went in with an inspiration picture that I wanted . I showed the lady the picture of the nails I wanted and asked her if she could do what I was wanting. She told me yes and proceeded to do them . As time went on she wasn’t doing my nails anything like the picture and when it came time for the design she rushed through and didn’t bother cleaning my nails up . I was highly unimpressed and would never go back .

Went in to get a polish change & design. The nail tech did a great job. The problem is, a group of people came in together to get pedicures, the older man on the front started rushing her to get me done and one of the ladies in my chair. That’s not good business.

I apologize in advance I didn’t get either nail tech’s name. I went in yesterday to get a new set of dip nails. The nail tech asked if my current set of nails were sonar or dip, I told her dip. As she is removing the old set she’s speaking in her native language to the male nail tech next to her. I heard her say something about sonar and dip. She then tells me my current set of nail aren’t dip they’re sonar. I laughed and said ok then told her that the previous nail tech used the dip powder but then painted in on with a brush. The male nail tech next to her tells me you must have misunderstood. At this point I’m starting to get a little irritated because I don’t really care if they’re sonar or dip, they need to be removed and I need a new set. I didn’t understand why they were making such a big deal about it. Once she finished my nails she said see this is dip, then the male nail tech says something to the effect of how the nail tech that removes this set won’t have to work so hard. While my nails are drying the female nail tech rests her foot on her chair and starts playing with her toes. She didn’t bother to wash her hands before touching my nails to see if they were dry. I will not be returning to this location. I just need my nails done without all the attitude.
