Critical: PunctualityMy mom, sisters, and I were regulars here for over 10 years. Then the salon changed; they started taking every walk-in and if you made an appointment they completely disregarded it. My mom and sisters switched to new salons and I started doing my own nails. I came back because I know their gel manicures last and my wedding is coming up. 3 weeks ago I made an appointment for a gel manicure and waited half an hour before they sat me. Came back today and half an hour went by and they still hadn’t even started. Running 10-15 minutes behind appointments is understandable, but to consistently keep your appointments waiting for half an hour, especially when the client is on-time, isn’t professional. My mom, sisters, and I were regulars here for over 10 years. Then the salon changed; they started taking every walk-in and if you made an appointment they completely disregarded it. My mom and sisters switched to new salons and I started doing my own nails. I could tell she was very disturbed. Today I went in there and asked if she could put sparkle on my nails and she said no. I am a paying customer and she decides what she’s going to do with my nails? Also the price for nails went up, she said it was $5 more. When I called Cindy the owner, Cindy said it was $3 more. Who is lying? Jenny has done my nails for over 10 years, many times she did not like it when I would ask her if she could fix something she had done wrong. I could tell she was very disturbed. Today I went in there and asked if she could put sparkle on my nails and she said no. I am a paying customer and she decides what she’s going to do with my nails?
