Bebe Hair Braiding

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI called Bebe on a Tuesday to book my hair appointment for Thursday at 8AM. I confirmed with her via text. This would be the 3rd time using her service. I said I wanted her to work on my hair as I have said every time. She said, “Yes! Yes! Thursday!” I get to the shop at 7:45AM. I waited until 8:05, because I did not see anyone coming to open the store, before I called her. I tried calling her on her cell phone and the call did not go through. I tried calling her on WhatsApp. The call just rang. I called her back on her cell phone and she answered. She stated, “I did not sleep well last night. My tooth hurts. I have a 9AM appointment to see the doctor about my mouth.” I definitely let her know it is unprofessional and in poor service to schedule an appointment with a client and not show up to work without even a phone call letting her client know. I drove from Long Island to get here and she did not show up to work. She said to give her about an hour and a half to get from the doctor. Since I couldn’t really go anywhere because it would be impossible to drive back to NY and come back for 10:30, I waited in my car. Her daughter opened the store at 9:15. In telling the daughter the story, the daughter said to me her mom is currently at a hair appointment. “If she said she will be back by 10:30, I don’t know, but I guess.” At this point, I find it highly disrespectful that she blew off my hair appointment and lied on top of it. I have a feeling she would not be here at 10:30 either. However curiosity has me here to see.While I sat and waited for over an hour, no one came into the store. The workers were in the store idly waiting around. At 10:30, I called Bebe to find out if she is coming. She said, “I’m coming. I’m waiting for the doctor to give me the thing.” I asked her for an approximate time for how long it would be. She said, “I’m coming!” I let her know her daughter stated she is at a hair appointment. She said, “My daughter?
