Joy! What else can I say I feel after getting my hair done here but Joy! I had such a wonderful experience going to Joy and her team (shout out Tina) to get knotless braids. These braids lasted me a full two months and looked damn near brand new all the way up till the last week or so ( I actually included one photo from day 58- the one in the lounge looking place). I had no pain when they braided and the hair used was good quality. She had neat sections and braids were perfect size. I got a billion compliments. So I have decided I am only going to get my hair braided with her – period. In fact, I’m in her chair now getting my hair done AGAIN, so decided to write this review as she works her magic.

Very knowledgeable about braiding and will tell you straight if it don’t work- I like that! No surprises! I paid $430 for “small-medium” back length knotless braids, 8 hour service time. Overall: My experience was ok, I won’t return or recommend. The ladies were nice. There was unclear communication on the price/type of the human hair needed for goddess knotless so I had to settle for reg braids. The last row of 4 braids were too tight & I had to remove them due to extreme tension. The braids in the front are larger than the back. Its only been 3 weeks & all of my braids have frizz fibers. Price higher than quality of work.

I was here few days back to get my hair braided. The customer service was excellent. Joy really take her job serious and she want it done right. It was hot but we survived the heat and she kept us laughing and smiling the entire time we forgot how hot it was in the shop. Joy and her team are the best ⭐⭐⭐⭐
