Positive: Professionalism, QualityI’ve been getting sugar waxes from here for years and Lydia is fantastic! I have very sensitive skin so I always had razor burn and bumps after shaving but thought that was just a part of being a woman and having to shave. When I decided to try out getting waxed (at other places) it got a little better but my skin was still always irritated afterward. Finally decided to try sugar waxing at Beautymore on a whim and I was sold for life! It works BETTER than regular wax and doesn’t irritate my skin!! Plus it’s completely natural, I don’t know why I didn’t try it sooner.On top of that Lydia (the owner) is an absolute sweetheart and such a professional. I always appreciate that she seems to know even what areas to wax in a certain order to make sure the pain is distributed and I can get through it. Realizing that she had this very intentional order was honestly one of the things that sold me. Not to mention she’s a perfectionist, she really takes her time to make sure she does a great job. And since I come regularly my hair is actually less dense, so waxing has become even easier and less painful (just a warning, the first time you get waxed is NOT FUN, whether you’re using regular or sugar wax, but it does get better). As a side note, in the height of COVID lockdowns when she had to shut down I decided to try and make my own sugar wax and do it myself.
