I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Ratner and his team at Town Plastic Surgery. When I decided I wanted a lift and augmentation, Dr. Ratner was my third consultation. As soon as I left his office, I knew that I would be moving forward with him. He made me feel comfortable, explained things in depth and differently than any other doctor had. As soon as I took the first step toward my procedure, the staff went above and beyond. It’s now been a month since my surgery and I am so pleased with the results already and my post op experiences with Dr. Ratner and the team. If you are in the process of considering a doctor for a procedure, I cannot stress enough that this is the Doctor and team to go with.

I used Beauty Fix MedSpa in Manhattan twice before my previous experience and had a wonderful experience. My experience at the Larchmant office was more of a sales pitch. I did not like my results of the under eye treatment. The office is beautiful.. the technician Rosetta was nice. I advise everyone to do their research. Know how much syringes or mls you are getting for your money. I paid 799.00 was not happy with the results, spoke to a manager who advised that I come in for a consultation. I was told by a secretary that I wouldn’t be charged additional if anything needed to be corrected. The technician injected in my cheek area (which I questioned). I should have received injections further up near the outer corner area of my eye as stated at my consultation (to do so they wanted to charge me extra to correct it)…I went in for the consultation and was pitched that I needed 6 more valves at 2,499.00.
