Critical: ProfessionalismI suffer from PCOS and Roaa was super disrespectful to me about my hair on my chin and neck. I am already very sensitive about my facial hair. I would never recommend her to anyone else who needs hair removal. She also needs to get her scheduling straight. Roaa didn’t provide the service I booked for but took a walk in. I suffer from PCOS and Roaa was super disrespectful to me about my hair on my chin and neck. I am already very sensitive about my facial hair. I would never recommend her to anyone else who needs hair removal. She also needs to get her scheduling straight. Roaa didn’t provide the service I booked for but took a walk in. She asked me to hold on so she could go do someone else’s brows, then got mad when I said no, because I was on my way to work after my appointment. She then made my follow-up appointment for two weeks later, hours later I get a notification that my appointment is now three weeks away, that does not work for me, never asked me and blocked off all other dates before then. She does a ok job, just very unprofessional. During my apt. She asked me to hold on so she could go do someone else’s brows, then got mad when I said no, because I was on my way to work after my appointment.
