I have had a good experience up until now. The younger girls were in there one was on her phone loudly and the other butchered my eyebrows badly like it looks so awful and I do burlesque to I have to have pictures taken and perform I’m going to have to draw my brows in for weeks now. I have never had an issue before but this is so bad and then she tried to argue with me that it looked good. I get eyebrows are supposed to be twins not sisters but my effing eyebrows are fifth cousins right now!!! They look completely awful and she didn’t even prep my skin before waxing which is a huge board violation and she didn’t sanitize once in between customers and double dipped in the wax pot!!! My eyebrows are messed up bad and now imma worry about getting some sort of infection this is so bad. I have always loved going here and never in my life have I left a review like this anywhere but this is so bad I can’t stay silent I’m tempted to post a pic but I’m just embarrassed to at the moment it’s that bad. I don’t think I will be returning which is upsetting bc I loved this place. I’m just gonna go to the nail salon next door they have always done an amazing job I used to go before beauty buzz showed up. I’m so beyond upset and disappointed! Just go to infinity nails next door for your waxed .. they do a better job and are sanity and never double dip

Every time I go there someone is either eating lunch at 3:30pm and tells you to come back in 45 minutes (she was eating a piece of cake) or closing early after you call them and confirm their hours of operation.. The “lunch” incident was today.. I went in and was told to come back in 45 mins… I went to Walmart and came back she was sitting up front looking at the computer. I told her that I live 30 mins away and she just shrugged. Prior incident I was told she was closing to go to church(6:50pm) after I called and was told to come at a certain time (I was told to come at 7 as they start closing up at 7:30pm). It’s the same younger female that has done this. Very unprofessional and rude.

Try to get a face wax but turns out they don’t do males , Atleast have a sign posted saying you don’t wax males so I wouldn’t have to wait on someone for 30 minutes.(I understand if I had a beard but I’ve hardly got any hair on my face)

I purchased a Groupon for a full body waxing so I called to schedule an appointment as required. She said she had availability for 4/13 but then asked, “Are you using a coupon or something?” I told her I purchased the Groupon they are advertising on their business page. She then said “Well you can come 4/18.” Sketchy business practices at these beautybuzz locations. They always get upset when you purchase Groupons that they advertise and are purposely rough! It just doesn’t make sense!!
