I called and left a message a few days before my appointment to see if I could come in a bit earlier (the online booking service showed earlier times available). Never got a response. So I e-mailed. Still nothing. There was no way to cancel my booking online, so i stuck with my original time.

Just tried this salon for the first time, and I am impressed! Sara is personable and professional, and took her time to do a thorough job with my eyebrows. I have pretty sparse brows to begin with, so I am always on the lookout for someone who can shape them without removing too much hair. Sara nailed it –– my eyebrows look perfect! The price ($10) is also reasonable considering brows need to be regularly maintained, especially compared to salons in the area.
