Critical: ProfessionalismI called to get an appointment set up to get acrylics done for the first time. The first time I called the girl was very nice and said that they were booked out for three weeks but I could make an appt then. The next day when I called and decided to make that appointment the girl was extremely rude. When I told her I’ve never had them done before she told me none of us want to take a new client. (So how are people supposed to get anything done?) After I told her what the girl prior said she told me she’d take my name and number and call me back. That was last week. Three people I told this to said that if your not well known or a friend they don’t take their time, be nice, or do a good job! I called to get an appointment set up to get acrylics done for the first time. The first time I called the girl was very nice and said that they were booked out for three weeks but I could make an appt then.
