It’s the only place where I can find silicon tweezer scissor handles. Although some of them don’t work properly, you could end up lucky to find one. The store is clean, the ladies are attentive and helpful. It’s a small location and parking is difficult since it’s in a busy corner of downtown, lowers the star count. They take credit card payments which is a plus.

As soon as I entered the store, everyone began looking at me but I ignored them. Eventually I started to feel uncomfortable but still ignored it. I went to get shampoo ,nail polish and a lipstick. After I picked up these products this lady came up to me and accused me of taking multiple lipsticks and nail polish. I told her I didn’t and even showed all my products I have prior and she didn’t believe me. I kept explaining and showing her that I didn’t but it kept going. I eventually just put everything back and left the store.

Their products are okay, they don’t have the good stuff, and they have about 3 girls working there that have no knowledge of the products they’re selling, and just stare and follow you all over the store… ALL OF THEM.!! Now I know people steal all the time, but I’ve been shopping there for years, for my womanly things since they have good variety in that department, and still they follow and stare at me, not the best place to shop if you’re already having a bad day, its a bit insulting. But their store is clean and organized with good prices if you don’t mind dealing with that.

I have gone to this store other times and right when you walk in everyone is always looking at you and the moment you walk in they immediately acuse you stealing or like your going to do something bad. I went in and took 2 lip glosses. Where the lip glosses were I couldn’t see so I brung it down she said I couldn’t do that so I put it back down at that moment I took 2 then I asked her if she could bring it down for me she did and I looked at them I touched some but didn’t take any. I went to the back of the store to get something and then I come to the register and she says that I took 3. At that time I wasn’t sure so I was checking my pockets and around the store maybe I left it there I didn’t find anything and then they were like we will have to get your parents and check the cameras and call the police and I really didn’t care because I didn’t take it but my parents came and I just ended up paying for the lipgloss I didn’t take and we left the store but I am telling you I will never go back to that store.Honestly worst experience ever and waste of my time. I just telling you don’t go into that store unless you want to be watched every second especially if your a person of color. If I wasn’t the person I was and that age I am I would have cursed that bit*h out.

My friend and I have been to this store multiple times and never had a problem. Today was the last time I ever go back. A tiny Chinese girl accused the only two dark skin girls in the store (us) of stealing. My friend let her look inside her purse to prove she wasn’t stealing anything, then the girl changes her story and says my friend was thinking about stealing the products twice. I was watching my friend the entire time, speaking to her. The Chinese girl knew she was wrong because I respectfully was telling her the truth and she got mad at me. Also she was following us around the entire store from the time we walked in. Then she says she’s going to call the police and I said please do, so we all can gather around the cameras and watch. She was so mad she told my friend and I Merry Christmas over and over with a giant smile her face.

Went in there to buy gel and the workers start following me around and watching my every move I guess because I’m BLACK . She asked me as soon as I walked into the aisle if I needed help, I already knew what I was going there for so I did not need help. I said no and they all start watching me in the store. I guess because I’m Black they treat me like that. Racist environment and I never really liked this store it’s old inside and they don’t carry many products for my hair texture that I like. The place isn’t worth spending your money in. STOP BEING RACIST THAT MAKES YOUR STORE LOOK MORE BAD THAN IT ALREADY DOES.!! UPGRADE ATLEAST BEFORE YOU START DISCRIMINATING AGAINST MY SKIN CONPLEXION.
