Went to my first session and everything seemed nice and ok till I ended my session with a severe 2nd degree burn that I was never advised could happen before my treatment. At the time Ceci told me it would be ok just a minor burn. Not the case at all. Within hours I started blistering and had to go to the ER. Although she refunded me solely what I paid for my Groupon I remain with a nasty scar from the burn and they do NOT Carry any malpractice insurance so please be warned. I had to miss several days of work and had to go see a specialist to treat my burn and avoid infection. I went to try to look better not worse. I did cool sculpting and 1 laser lipo with them and the lady will hype you up and give you false hopes and guarantee that you will see change from 1 week to a month.. weeks later I didn’t see not even the small minimum difference which was so disappointing.
