Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityHad the owner reschedule 2 different appointments. The first one she wasn’t on time to even though she had rescheduled to that time. I had paid the full amount online for 1 1/2 hrs. She was late and only did an hour of work. This time I only paid the required deposit because I wasn’t going to chance her rescheduling AGAIN and me losing the full amount paid. She called at 10:40 am to reschedule my 11 am appointment. I was already on my way by that point because I want to make sure Im on time and able to find parking. When I drove by, there was a customer outside waiting to get in. In other words, she double booked again and wasn’t even there for my original appointment. I’m irritated with losing my required deposit because she can’t schedule appropriately. Businesses offering lashes is a big thing. We have choices. Coming to a small town and already being an unprofessional business owner, won’t last long in this community. First 3 years are the hardest. If you can’t even meet the needs your business offers, you won’t be open long. Had the owner reschedule 2 different appointments. The first one she wasn’t on time to even though she had rescheduled to that time. I had paid the full amount online for 1 1/2 hrs.
