Great salon to do your hair or bring your kids. Marsha is amazing. She blows dry my twin 4 year olds hair. She was friendly, loving, and professional. My girls can’t wait to get their hair done again.

Marsha is a master stylist. Very helpful, encouraging and confident. She knows what’s she’s doing. I am biracial and have a lot of VERY curly frizzy hair. She had me in and out in 2 hours with a color and blow out. She’s also the only person I trust to cut my hair. She is excellent, she tells the truth about what I need and always does exactly what I ask for.

Got my hair cut, colored, and blow dried. It came out to $65 before tip which I think is a reasonable price. The color came out darker than I had hoped but that’s my hair’s fault I suppose, and the cut is just what I had asked for. Only issue was that it was freezing inside, so if you’re planning to go on a day when it’s cold out I’d recommend wearing a sweater and some warm socks.

STAY AWAY. They ruined my daughter’s hair and all she asked for was a straight cut. My daughter pleaded with the ‘stylist” Evelyn twice to fix the disaster she had inflicted on her hair, but the stylist ignored her requests and just completed the job as she saw fit, charged her $40 dollars and sent her on her way. I guess that is what you get for a cheap haircut- a mess that has to be fixed by a competent stylist at a decent salon across the River.

Don’t go here better off somewhere else. I was charged 30$ just to sit under the dryer. I washed my hair before I got there my blow dryer stopped working so I went only to sit under the dryer for 35 minutes. No salon product was used on my hair and my hair was NOT blown out. They charged me what they charged prior when I got a full Wash and set and blow dry. Ridiculous and the lady does NOT know how to properly comb curly/coily hair. She used a PADDLE BRUSH and brushed from the roots taking so much hair out then she proceeded to go over it with a fine tooth comb that is not worth 30$. Go to Urban Rose by the Journal square path station they fixed my hair at an APPROPRIATE PRICE.

Best place to get a beautiful hair cut. Staff is very supportive and even suggest you about suitable hair styles. I was there on experimental visit. I wanted to change my look of long flowing hair to something more trendy. So I decided to go with long Pixies. Marsha, my stylist gave me a beautiful look and I will be grateful to her. Loved the way she did her task with finishing and speed. Even they shared my before after pictures on my request. I am very happy with their service and definitely recommend it if you don’t want to spend a huge amount on haircut and yet want a perfect look for your day.

Critical: ProfessionalismThe lady that did my hair was super professional she skinny with red hair really nice. But the manager who didn’t want to give me her name and has fake orange blonde hair. Was super nasty to me because I was drinking side and ordered food. I agreed w her and complied with the rules of not eating in her establishment. But Just because of COVID restrictions no one should be allowed to scream at a customer. She then proceeded to explain her self for her behavior by stating that she’s Puritan and She doesn’t whisper. I’ve been here twice and I won’t ever look for another hairdresser. Both Marsha and Evelyn are phenomenal. Be sure to call in advance to book you’re appointment. You don’t have to worry about being in a crowded place where the hairdresser is working on 5 people at a time. Super friendly staff and the salon is clean and bright.

Fantastic stylists here. The place itself isn’t super awe inspiring but the girls are amazing. My haircut came out better than I could ever expect. My new regular salon. $40 for a full cut from long hair to bob+bangs.
