Critical: Punctuality, QualityI really hate to leave a bad review because Chantelle is very nice and the salon is nice to be in. I got eyelash extensions I went 2 times once for a full set and again for a fill and both times When we were done I had to have a couple lashes cut because they were stuck to my bottom lashes I haven’t gone anywhere else for lashes so I don’t know if that is normal. The eyelashes were pretty but I also had some eyelashes that were stuck together and they are hard to brush out and pull out my natural lashes too and it doesn’t feel good. I know mistakes happen but there were too many eyelashes stuck together and i lost a lot of my natural eyelashes in my inner corner because of it:( it was worse on one eye so now one of my eyes looks kind of empty in the inner corner. That is the reason I’m leaving this review. I really hate to leave a bad review because Chantelle is very nice and the salon is nice to be in. I got eyelash extensions I went 2 times once for a full set and again for a fill and both times When we were done I had to have a couple lashes cut because they were stuck to my bottom lashes I haven’t gone anywhere else for lashes so I don’t know if that is normal. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualitySaid she’d be 5 minutes late, showed up 15 minutes late, I had wyelashes glued together and even sent a picture and she blamed it on my eye crust which I don’t have. I could clearly see they were GLUED together. Did not have this issue when I switched to a new lash tech, so my eyelashes we’re definitely glued together. It was very painful and I had to have them removed.
