Critical: Professionalism, QualityI scheduled an appointment here because it has almost 5 stars, so I thought it would be a good place to get a haircut, but I WAS WRONG!!! My appointment was scheduled for 10:30am, I arrived 10:25am, and as soon as I walked in the lady told me to return at 1pm. I told her I had an appointment, and she said to take a seat and that she would be right with me. I waited 45 MINUTES AND NOTHING!!!
