I see why there’s not a lot of cars in the parking lot. Customer service is not great. I walked in and no one greeted me. Even saw a lady at the front that just looked and didn’t say anything. Walked out the store and saw a lady at the register and I know she saw me. Didn’t say have a great day or anything. Unbelievable.

Do not recommend buying lashes here I bought the i•Envy 3D collection lashes today (12/18/2021) and as soon as I pulled off one lash there was this brown sticky stuff where the lash band was glued onto the case ,looks like it can cause a eye infection and before I even took off the other lash at the end of the lash the same stuff appeared .

Worst ever at a beauty supply store! I walked in and didn’t get greeted until 15 minutes later. I was looking for a particular hair piece and when I asked if they had it I was directed to a man who completely ignored me. I asked if they carried it and he said yes, pulled it up on his iPad and then carried on his conversation with another employee. I still don’t know if they actually have it in store. They were the most unhelpful and I will not come back.

To Ms. Le Shaila Maston… I am sorry to hear that but there must be some misunderstanding, my husband does not have any iPad. I guess you met one of those salespersons. They come to our store to get orders, they don’t work in the store… they work with their laptops, tablets like iPads.. You probably asked one of the salespersons and they don’t know what we carry in our store. Anyways, I am so sorry that happened. We always try to do our best to our customers like our family… We have been here for more then 15 years… We know that customer service is the most important thing!!! Come back next time and we will help you the best!!! I really appreciate you.
