Critical: ProfessionalismI am not writing this review based on the nail work, I have came here multiple times and never had an issue with liking my nails/designs/price is good. But today I received horrible customer service! I went in facility last week and got a quote for my nails with the MANAGER! they gave me a specific price and I scheduled my appointment for today, my appointment was at 11am, I arrived 15 minutes early they didn’t seat me until 11:20, I didn’t complain because I understand but when I sat in the chair with the most RUDE LADY she is literally in the fist chair to the far left once you come in store, the eye rolling, not communicating to go over what I needed done! She literally got up and walked away because she didn’t like the fact her “manager” told me a specific price, speaking with the manager was useless! He apologized but tried to say he can’t give a quote looking at a picture but clearly he did the week before, never been to any nail salon in Glen burnie that can’t do that,then basically he stated “they can’t take me because there busy” I had to go to another place which did my nails perfectly! At the end of the day being professional, listening to your customers,and escalating the situation respectfully! I am not writing this review based on the nail work, I have came here multiple times and never had an issue with liking my nails/designs/price is good. But today I received horrible customer service! Positive: QualityThis place is great ! I never thought about going into this nail shop before.. I’m glad I did ! I’m soo satisfied with my nails. She was fast and they are perfect ! I got a fill, they look so natural . 5 stars !!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI called for an appointment at 6pm. My pedicure and foot massage was amazing!! The gel polish looks very neat. I will be back again and again. Today was well needed. I work in the hospital, they made me a new pair of legs and feet!!! extra cautious with covid going on I loved it!! Ask for Sophia she was amazing!!
