I have never written a review before but this is BEYOND unacceptable. I came in to get acrylics taken off… instead I had them RIPPED off without any presoaking, etc. I asked the lady to soak it… she refused. So we get to my pinky nail and my actual nail is ripped off. And that is when I am done. Do not go here. Shouldve known because it was empty when I got there

People were nice, but don’t come here if you don’t want to waste your money. For the quality you get, the price is way too high. I’m not above paying a lot of money to get my fingers and toes done, but the service, as well as the type of polish they use is very very cheap. Mine started to peel and chip within a week and I got gel! Save your money and go get them done by actual professionals. They should be ashamed.

Emily does my nails and does such great work. She’s done exactly what I’ve wanted and has never cut my fingers (I know accidents happen sometimes).

Emily is the absolute best!! My first time here was amazing! My nail broke during a P.E class and Emily fixed out during my pedicure. I would recommend her for a pedicure and manicure!!

I’ve been going to this salon for years and always enjoyed the great care by the employees. But since new management has taken over I’ve been very disappointed. Prices have increased and things that were once included now have additional prices (callous removal). Furthermore it seems staff is encouraged not to mention the additional charges until after the treatment, as this has never happened under previous management. Lastly, they charge you for using your debit card and strongly urge you to get cash from their shady ATM machine. I’m sorry to say I go elsewhere for my pedicures these days, which is sad because I really love the staff that has been there for years.

I took my nieces there for a girls day, manicures and pedicures. We’re had tried two other places and they didn’t have enough staff to accommodate us. Beauty Touch took us right in. When they say walk-ins welcome, they mean it. Everyone was friendly and professional. They treated us like queens. Very clean, and I’m a stickler about that. Will definitely be back.

I just got a pedicure here. This place looks nice but the girls won’t stop talking among them and very loud. I think that is very rude. I know that is common practice in many nail salons but this girl would stop to talk. The manager is watching something on his tablet and laughing out loud.
