Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThey left me crying ruined my real nails and didn’t care at all. I can’t believe any the owner and how rude she was. The girl who did my nails was on the phone the entire time. She was supposed to give me a French manicure and I got pink gel polish. They tried to take it off but after 20 min with 100 percent acetone on my fingers my nails hurt and I left in tears and took it all off myself!! So unprofessional and I will be calling someone. They left me crying ruined my real nails and didn’t care at all. I can’t believe any the owner and how rude she was. The girl who did my nails was on the phone the entire time. She was supposed to give me a French manicure and I got pink gel polish. They tried to take it off but after 20 min with 100 percent acetone on my fingers my nails hurt and I left in tears and took it all off myself!! So unprofessional and I will be calling someone. Went to the salon twice. The first time I made an appointment to see if that would speed up the waiting period I still had to wait a half hour. The first time the nail tech nicked my finger a little bit. The second time they buzz the top of several finger tips with the Dremel tool causing blood. I do not have lymph nodes in my right arm pet and if I get an infection it’s a pretty big deal. Well the technician did take extra time to find the right color I wanted I feel she was super rough and not very considerate. Due to my health and safety I won’t be going back.

Well, I always like to start with a positive, so I must say there’s plenty of free parking here. On the other hand if you’re looking for a positive experience, do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and design of the salon. Waited a short time for an 11:00 appointment but the nail technician was very gruff and unfriendly. She rushed through the manicure/pedicure, treated my hands roughly and displayed anger. The other nail technicians and customers were aware of my treatment and offered sympathetic gestures. When i complained to the cashier, I was asked me to speak quietly so the very unprofessional tech couldn’t hear me complain. She said she was sorry and that they have had complaints about her. I was almost more disturbed and upset that the establishment is aware of the technician’s inappropriate behavior and has done nothing about it. My manicure and pedicure turned out sloppy and my experience was really bad.

here you can see the picture of what i wanted and then what i got. it looks very rushed and keep in mind i got them 2 days ago and there is already a nail that fell off from opening a car door. this is not the first bad experience ive had here. the first time i went there i asked them to draw a snake on my nails- i made sure they did well with nail art because they reassured me multiple times. it came out awful and looked like a sp€rm cell and i got made fun of for over a week. the second time i went back my nails looked RATCHET. the shaping was god awful and the gel polish was peeling off. they all fell off within 4 days. and then the third time the nails looked fine- slightly rushed but fine. except they sprained my pinky by bending it backwards. and the last time they spent 4 hours on nails that should have only took an hour- maybe an hour and a half- every time she would mess up she would look at me, laugh, and slap my hand. 0/10 recommend

Just terrible with timing. They don’t actually put your name in or take your reservation when you call… they pretend they do. You will never get in on the time you requested. It’s poorly done and it’s the worst service you could EVER get.

Gross. Sloppy, globby polish job, cut my cuticles to bleeding, tossed tools back in the basket and put away without autoclaving. Calling in an antibiotic to be safe. Worse than a mall pedicure in the 90s.
