My hair is so much softer and no frizz! The process was great and she she tells you everything you need to know through the process. My first Keratin treatment not my last. I will only go to Karey for my hair needs so glad to have found her! The reviews speak for themselves! The cowboy hat is before and the second is after I love the color and shine.
