I booked a facial for my daughter and ended up having to cancel the night before due to unforseen circumstances. I asked Rachel to call me back and never received a call back even though it was during her business hours. I received a notice on my card that she charged it the following day which was before my appointment was even scheduled. I called her again and and asked her to give me a call me back, since I was being charged, I or another family member could have easily used that appointment. I never received a call back or my money back. I understand people’s time is valuable but I was willing to go in myself and fill up that time slot. She basically took my money and ran. Very unprofessional. My daughter and I visited her once before and she did an OK job but there are so many businesses like Rachel’s in the Salt Lake Valley that do a much better job on a professional level. She just seems to me very young and inexperienced at managing her business. We ended up going to a place down the street and had a much better experiece and great results.

I LOVE The Beauty Theory- Rachael is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and well seasoned in her practice as an esthetician! I visit her every time I’m in town (I live out of state) whether it be for teeth whitening, facials, or lash lift, and sometimes visit specifically to stay on track with my facials. She’s helped my skin so much and taught me how important skincare really is. Her motto to help build confidence really rings true !! She is so kind and dedicated to her clients !! My only complaint is that she gets booked so quickly which makes it harder to make appointments, but it just validates how amazing she is at her craft. Thank you so so much Rachael !!

Her skin care products are top of the line!! I am impressed with her results. Her DMK packages are very worth it! I suggest going with one of those and getting the whole package! Obviously Rachael expects you to follow her instructions, diet, and lifestyle changes as needed. She is very knowledgeable.
