What an amazing experience! I have been getting waxed for about 10 years and Lena’s service was the most gentle and relaxing experience I have ever had. Her studio is clean and extremely organized. She walks you through every step in the process and implements techniques to ensure you aren’t in pain. She even provided products for after care which have been a God send! She was very welcoming, caring, and made it a point to explain everything she was doing and how it would or would not have an effect on my skin. The suite was beautifully decorated, very calming, and most of all very private. It felt like it was my own personal wellness center. Lena is awesome! I typically attend a local wax place but my wax specialist left so I began searching for a new one and I’m so so happy I did! The service I received was so much better than any waxing services I have ever received. I had a Brazilian wax and waxed my under arms. Lena was so nice and made sure I was comfortable throughout my service. She has gained a regular customer in me and my best friend off the first visit.
