My first time in the store was yesterday. There was a young lady and young man working and both were friendly and helpful. I did have an issue with the item I was sold. At the time of purchase, I was told that it was clip-in extensions. I didn’t check myself which I should have. When I opened the package at home I found out that it wasn’t. I called the store and both the young man and woman were helpful in correcting the issue. They took responsibility in recognizing the mistake and correcting it. I’m writing this review just to say I appreciate the great customer service I was shown yesterday.

NAIL GLUE!The woman with the short hair and foreign accent chased me out of the store and said she was calling the police on me.. I was scared and on shock!The store is filled with cheap products and it was not my kinda shopping experience. Besides being accused of stealing $2.49 nail glue the condition of the store was gross.Crazy woman!!
