Walked in to get an appointment with a certain girl who only works on weekends they made it so difficult for me the guy didn’t care too much. He said they will try to contact me and he couldn’t give me an answer. Basically you have to keep going and see if the person works or not that day. No type of professionalism and bad customer service.

I did a walk in on a busy day. They were very kind and took me in as soon as a chair opened up. The young woman, Marisol, who cut my hair not only did a great job but was also really sweet. Overall, I would come back.

This is the second time my experience here was awful. Last time, it took them over 2 hours to cut my hair (and I’m a guy – should be simple). This time, the haircut itself was hideous & I’m actually embarrassed to be seen like this, especially when I have to work in an office. Idk what the hair stylist was thinking, but…… I am appalled.

Horrible service completely horrible waited forever just to watch them let another guy go before me which I had been waiting longer than 30 minutes and the guy had just walked in then when she got done she completely acted like I wasn’t there. This has happened more than just one time plus completely rude after I tell them how my 5 year old wants his hair cutt they completely did the total opposite of what I told them honestly the place and hair stylist are a disgrace to real barbers out there

The last time I came was 2012 around October I got highlights for 50 bucks was amazed and loved it. Lasted for two years o go back it’s (2016) the place is totally different…… Nd it’s more expensive …they suck why pay up to 150 for highlights…. Not going here no more…… Expect for a haircut…. I think there’s a new manager or something… It sucks now and I will search a new salon for my hair dyes.
