Made appointment for wash and set special that was advertised online and Margaret tried to charge $55.00 this is ridiculous tri -state or even Chicago has more reasonable prices and at least they dont burn your hair and scalp. She don’t have to worry about me ever going there again.

Service provided was good. I waited for over a hour for just a blow dry and straighten, no wash. Horrible waite time. No I have the right salon. I was serviced by the lady with the blonde hair lighter skin, that also does makeup and her makeup station is right behind her hair station. It was another stylist there with long burgandy hair darker skin.

Very welcoming once we arrived but soon saw she was either overbooked or took too many walk-ins when she was the only stylist there. Prices were too expensive. One daughter sat under dryer for two hours when appointment was 0930 for a wash, deep conditioning and blowout. The lady that did my other daughters highlights was very rough, burnt her ear but did a nice job on her highlights.

Love ❤️ Love ❤️ this place! Margaret has been dealing with my natural hair at least 3 years. I’ve seen nothing but healthy long and growing hair! Very well spoken, she knows her hair products. She doesn’t rush and she’s reasonable.

Was pretty empty when I went so I was in and out for the most part. I asked for a wash and set and blow out, but only got a wash and blowout. Hair came out great, but the washing process sounded like a lot of ripping. Overall I also felt a bit overpriced. I paid $55 for a wash, blowout and deep conditioner. Felt it could have been cheaper. But I’m content with reaults.

I really like the way they straighten my hair. I have natural hair and they get it bone straight but to do this they use a LOT of heat. If you are ok with that then you eill love your hair !

I give this place a big fat no no (0) she cut off too much of my hair very scissor happy I’m so mad at myself for allowing myself to allow her to keep cutting . She was also burning my Scalp & kept saying sorry ! My hair feels dry no type of moisture to my hair . I’m going to have to put my as I am leave in conditioner in once I get home THANKS FOR NOTHING SMH
