Worst experience ever today!!! It’s so upsetting because i come to the Beauty Spot local business at least once a month and I spent a decent amount of money in products. Today, the owner not only followed my daughter and I around today, but he accused her of stealing! I had him run the tapes back several times to show me why he assumed such nonsense and he could not prove anything! We are not Thieves and I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the experience we encountered. Even the young lady working in the store apologized for his inaccurate accusation!!!! Words can’t express the anger and embarrassment I feel right now. My family and I will no longer support this local business and I will let as many people know the unfair treatment that was exposed by the owner of Beauty Spot!!!

Didn’t enjoy shopping experience due to them falsely accusing a young African American girl with a baby of stealing, when she was heading to the register to pay. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve been living in the area for about 3 years now and I try to avoid patronizing this store when possible! It’s shameful that each time I visit this store, I have an issue. The owner will follow you around the store as if you’re trying to steal when he’s there. This last visit I was followed by one of the employees as I was selecting hair for braiding. I watched her move to the next isle pretending to straighten up the relaxers and gel products. Soon as was done and moved to where she was standing to grab hair gel, she moved and walked back to the front of the store! I’m a hair braider and I spend no less than $100 when I visit this store, and experience this treatment each and every time!! I’ve had enough, and will just take the drive to Waldorf for products, because I’ve never had them treat me this way! Went in to purchase hair. Asked someone if they had more of a specific color in the back, she said no. I purchase a different color. I come back and the hair I wanted is fully stocked. I ask if I can swap the hair I purchased earlier (as it is still in the pack and in the bag with the receipt time of when I was just here) and they say no. She said I would have to purchase the same hair in the color I originally asked her for… that she said they didn’t have… Girl, boo.

They have a good stuff ANGELE Millburn does a great job with the customers and she is very helpful I know for a fact when she does not know the answer to a question she will try to fix it or let you know she does not know an find a coworker to help. I go to this store a lot for my beauty care needs and Angel Millburn always has a smile and is ready to help me. As a matter of a fact so are the other 2 employees. Beauty Spot is always clean, and you can not enter until they give you hand sanitizer, they only allow 5 people at a time with no explanation.

I just move to the area. This beauty supply store prices are at least $3.00 to $6.00 more than other beauty supply stores. In the signs to return products is hidden beside racks that you would not notice.. Nor, do the staff inform you. Being new to the area, I wanted to purchase a ponytail. The ponytail hair with all the different types, that was displayed is only for kids, in states that. I would looking for a certain color and a spefic type never was I informed they had regular size and styles of ponytails to purchase.. The young lady helping me didn’t informed me that beside kids styles of ponytails there wete other ponytails for vewing as well. Not, knowing what was in stock and not being informed what products the store had in stock,. I purrchase what I thought was all they had which was a kids ponytail.The ponytail when I got home wasn’t a drawstring it had a clip on the center. So, I took it back in that is when, I found out I could not receive my money back nor exchange it. I found out that there was other selection, I could have selected from. I will Never purchase another product from this company exspecilly when you can not exchange or get your money back…and the staff is unknowable about products. I attempted to returned with 20 min. purchaseing it. Although, the staff was friendly if your dissatisfied with a product you should be able to exchange.

Very poor customer service. I forced myself in the store with a double stroller while 2 people stood there talking to each other and browsing. I looked around and walked out with no one saying anything to me. I guess my business isn’t important to them.
