Critical: Quality, ValueAbsolutely horrible. There is a “2 week guarantee” for a reason. After 3 days my nails started to chip after receiving an organic gel manicure. I returned to have them fixed. 2 days after having them fixed 3 more nails started to chip and peeled off. This manicure lasted a total of 7 days and costed $45 dollars. Absolutely horrible. There is a “2 week guarantee” for a reason. After 3 days my nails started to chip after receiving an organic gel manicure. I returned to have them fixed. 2 days after having them fixed 3 more nails started to chip and peeled off. This manicure lasted a total of 7 days and costed $45 dollars. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueBeen getting pedicures there for months now, I should have just stayed with that.. they talked me into their “ Organic“ gel. Well, first gel at 35 bucks was good.. next time I went the gel peeled off in a week. I went back when I had time two weeks later.. she said next time tell us we will fix it. Again a week later the 35 manicure peels off. I go back she says no it has been longer. I show her my punch card that’s dated a week from today. They talk in another language and say ok sit down. I decide to get a regular manicure and pedi. I do green for saint patty’s and ask for a sparkle coat over the green. First she tried to put just one coat. I said since when is it one? She said two long to dry. I tell her I want two. After all is said in done she tells me my 34.00 mani pedi is 47 but she’s only charging me 41!! What??? I said what is the extra charge for she said five dollars extra To put sparkles on your nails and they wanted to charge me for taking off the remainder of the gel polish that was already peeling. Okkkkk. Well I gave this business two chances to make something right after spending nearly $80 of my hard earned money in one month on manicures.
