Critical: ProfessionalismWe paid prior to receiving our massages. Part of our services were covered by a gift card. After receiving a mediocre massage, we went to tip them and were told that we owed another $25! Remember, this is after we paid for our services prior. We had two 1-hour massages that were priced at $50/each. That’s $100 to anyone who can do math. They tried to tell us that our $40 gift certificate was only worth $15 because they changed their prices. We bought this gift certificate in November of 2019. Poor professionalism. This is to highly recommend Coco at Beauty spa, where I recieved outstanding professional therapeutic accupressure and swedish massage for athletic and age-related pain. Coco worked so hard on all the cramped up muscles from sciatica and other back and shoulder related overuse and strain that she fit two hours of work into one. The pressure was perfect– not too hard to injure, but hard enough to uncramp and allow healing. Her strength and endurance, along with quality knowledge of the body were amazing. Her healing treatment allows me to continue playing competitive tennis while using minimal pain medication. In addition, the place is well decored, with private spacious room and relaxing music.
