If you go here only let Fatima thread your eyebrows. I’ve been a customer for years. Today a young woman thread my eyebrows & she went too short on one. I will not be returning because they didn’t offer NOT to charge me.

Stopped in to try the facial which she described as lasting 35 minutes with cleansing, massage, masks etc., for $30.00 dollars. I was rushed and the door was constantly left opened as she went in and out to check the front. It was the worst facial ever. It last 20 minutes and no masks were applied. She also never changed the water and used the same water to cleanse my face when she applied a product. I hated to pay for the service and left a tip anyway! Ugh! STAY AWAY!

Wow where do I start: I thought I’d invite my daughter with me to have our eyelashes done for the first time, so I called the day before and set our appt for 6pm, so the day of our appt we arrive on time to find us still sitting there an hour and 15 minutes later still waiting until lady named Mona called my name, she did apologize earlier saying I’m sorry I didn’t know they (referring to the two ladies that were getting their hair done before us) wanted all this done.
