This salon does not service women who are of color. I am African American and my friend and I went here for pedicures and we were denied service. I can’t believe this is happening in 2018. It worked out for us because Capri Nails in Westlake Village was happy to provide us with mani/pedis and a great experience worthy of our large tips. This nail salon is truly foul (and not just the odor in there).

I made an appointment for 1130 they didn’t seat me until 1210. I then had to continue to wait another 7 minutes or so. By then the water was cold and my feet were getting pruned. They do NOT use plastic in the pedicure tubs. I was getting the callus treatment. Nancy used the tool to apply the callus ointment to one foot THEN SET IT ON THE GROUND!! She was about to pick it up to use it on the other foot. I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! I was thoroughly disappointed with how UNSANITARY Beauty Secrets is! They used old spongages to “clean” out the tubs.
