Anything you request you will get. I haven’t had a bad experience with anyone. I’ve been coming here for about 4 months. Appointments are highly recommended. I had an appointment & was on time. They were very pleasant. Had my hair colored & deep conditioned. I loved it. She also did my eyebrows with henna. I told her they were uneven. And she insisted they were the same. The color barely covered my skin. I was not pleased. My thinking…while she was conditioning my hair. A friend of hers walked in & told her she needed her hair done. She placed me under the dryer. And she immediately started working on her friend. She told me I had to be under the dryer for 15 minutes. She said she would start her hair while my hair was drying. Instead after 15 minutes were up. She had me wait for an hour!! She washed & styled her hair & waxed. I was furious. On top of that. She told me my eyebrows would last up to 2 weeks. Lasted 1 day! Although they were friendly. That was not right to do a walk in when I had an appointment! …I will not go back.
