Absolute waste of time and money! I recently went into the store to purchase hair for a faux laux hair style I had recently seen on YouTube. While explaining to the owner (Pamela) I had never done the hair style before and I then proceeded to show her a video of what hair I needed and what style I was going for. The owner (Pamela) gave me her best suggestion on which hair I should purchase, and went even further by helping me choose the correct color and recommended 4 packs which totaled 29.99. The only problem with this transaction was not discovered until I went home, and began working on my style by opening one pack of my newly purchased hair; only to discover I had been sold the incorrect hair product. Not upset, I called the shop owner who gave me her business card with the intent of me sending her photos of my hair once finished, and explained the situation. Pamela then explained to me that the store has a policy against returns and exchanges on hair. This was the only shop I knew of in Vacaville and even though it didn’t have very much business upon arrival, I trusted the shop owners opinion and now I’m stuck with 29.99 worth of bullshit.

This woman who owns this beauty supply, is a scammer she will over charge you for things you know you can get cheaper at other beauty supplies like cjs in Fairfield or rumorz in Vacaville she lies about the material Type hair for wigs . And i tried to buy beads for hair and she wanted to charge me 14 dollars for some beads and a thing to add the beads on now y’all know beads don’t ever go up that high period I can get big pack of beads and be charge at least 5 bucks or 6 maybe 8 bucks but usually beads are 2bucks or 1somthing so when I decided to not get the beads she tried to ask me what I had in my hand like well what’s that , I said what’s what? She pointed to the money in my hand I didn’t respond because no matter how much money I got in my pockets ain’t no way I was spending no 14 bucks on some beads . This lady crazy she don’t care she will rip u off for your money and I’m about fed up and had to write a review she’s the last person I would go to I’ve been in her store only when I’m in urgent need of somthing but seems like every time I try to give her a chance she proves she’s a scammer and money taker she overcharges people and creates her own tax to where your paying more than what you actually should be paying I’ll never ever attend here again. She has a very wrong way of running her shop period n very money hungry and selfish to her own needs doesn’t really seem to care for the black community cause as long as she got money going in her pockets she will continue to over charge and scam you for your money don’t waist ur time coming in here I promise you will regret this every time.
