Amazing little salon that’s easy to book exactly what you need and want online. I’ve done some damage to my hair over the course of several years and had recently gotten a great cut from my regular stylist. Because I didn’t listen, I tried to bleach my hair on my own one more time and fried it. Too embarrassed to go back to my stylist, I quickly booked an appointment for a Sunday. Very accommodating, no hair bashing and did exactly what needed to be done to help my hair get in the road to repair. I wish I could afford all of the olaplex products to help aid in my recovery but I did go home with the leave in conditioner. I don’t recall the Stylist’s name (as I’m beyond forgetful) but she did an amazing job. She was meticulous, informative and walked me through every step of the way. I hate short hair on me and she made me love it. Amazing job.

Felicia has been doing my hair for five years. She is an amazing color specialist! She always makes sure to spend time with me to know exactly what I want. She is great with party colors as well as natural hair colors. Highly recommend her as a stylist. She’s amazing with hair cuts too!

I was planning on getting my hair dyed fun colors for an upcoming trip so a month out so I booked an appointment to get my hair bleached and get it dyed a silver/gray color. This was my first time getting my hair bleached she i didn’t know what to expect. Unfortunately, my experience and outcome was not at all like I’d hoped for, though Deano was pleasant. My stylist was very rough with my hair and scalp, constantly climbing the bleach through and using hot water to wash out the dye. When he was done bleaching, my hair had a yellow/brassy color to it. At no point did he try to correct it. Deano never confirmed what color I wanted, he didn’t ask the see a picture or show me any color swatches to make sure we were on the same page. Before I knew it he applied the color, which almost couldn’t be seen because it was so light and my hair was so brassy. I told him it wasn’t what I expected to look like so he applied more, a shade darker, but still it was way too light. A third time he applied color and told me his next client was coming in 20 minutes, so I knew whatever color it was, was going to have to be good enough. The gray was not enough to cover the yellow so now my hair had a yellow/brown tone to it. I don’t receive any compliments on my hair, rather i was getting questions like, “what happened to your hair”. I actually when out a bought dye and purple shampoo to try to fix it myself. I have been very busy recently and I had no trust left in my stylist so I didn’t get in touch with anyone there to let them know how unhappy I was with the way it turned out, my fault. But when I mentioned my experience here in another person’s post in a closed Facebook community group, I get a message from Felicia scolding me for my comment. I paid $270 for an extremely disappointing color job. This whole experience has been awful and I wish I never stepped foot in there.
