Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’m ten late to my haircut appointment and the lady is refusing to cut my hair bc they don’t want to make the next customer wait. They would finish cutting my hair before the next customer even shows up and no one is outside in the parking lot. I’m the only car here, do not use this place. Great clips has better customer and probably better quality work. Very unprofessional business, I will take my money somewhere else. I’m ten late to my haircut appointment and the lady is refusing to cut my hair bc they don’t want to make the next customer wait. They would finish cutting my hair before the next customer even shows up and no one is outside in the parking lot. I’m the only car here, do not use this place. Critical: ProfessionalismCame for a Shampoo, Cut & Style. The shop was clean and the staff was friendly so 2 stars for those. Unfortunately, i could not communicate with my stylist as she does not speak much english so another stylist had to relay what I wanted. My hair was past my butt and I wanted quite a bit off (about a foot total) to have the length at mid-back. She took off the foot then just kept chopping and did not cut the front to frame my face as asked.this is excatly why i stopped going to salons in the first place. I’m hawaiian and too short is not acceptable. Listen to your customers needs! Also please play music thats friendly for everyone rather than just hispanic.Came for a Shampoo, Cut & Style. Came for a Shampoo, Cut & Style. The shop was clean and the staff was friendly so 2 stars for those. Unfortunately, i could not communicate with my stylist as she does not speak much english so another stylist had to relay what I wanted. My mom recently got her hair done at this salon, she is very content with the results and is probably one of the best salons she has ever went to. I also got my eyebrows done here and was extremely happy with the results!! You are definitely in good hands at this place. The ladies here are kind, and truly care about your hair, and face.
