This place has really gone downhill. They have new techs every month. Stacy and Wendy were so good and now they are gone I used to come here for my eyelashes and facials and this last time was the worst!!! My eyelashes now fall within a week and the tech blamed me. It’s happened multiple times now. Definitely save your money and time and don’t come here.

The owner of this store, Julia, has a very bad character. I worked in this store before. When I first started, she said that I should pay a deposit of 500 US dollars. After two months later，they will refund 250 US dollars to me. After that, she regretted it. Later, she didn’t answer my calls or text messages. Don’t go to this store. Their skills are very poor. They use a lot of glue on customers’ eyelashes.

My lashes were falling off the second day. I would not recommend or go there myself again. The whole time the tech kept having side conversations with another tech while I was laying down waiting on her to finish. Was laying down for almost 2hrs. If only she would focus on the job and not the distractions. Poor quality service.

I came for fills and they ended up removing them Without my consent and I kept telling her what are you doing and she wouldn’t stop and making them look completely different and light I will be back to fix. Didn’t have the time or energy to wait this is the 1st time that I’m not happy with for service I have been coming here for 2 years been happy every time before I think was just the girl

Only giving them 1 star because I can’t give them zero stars. My experience there was awful. I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and made an awful job. They waxed almost all my eyebrows when I clearly told them to only clean the area. The worst part was the young lady trying to calm me down by telling me it was “ok” as if I was overreacting. How do I grow eyebrows overnight?! I have an event this weekend and now I have to try and get another procedure done so my eyebrows don’t look a complete chaos that day. I do not recommend this place at all.
