I went last year during the summer to this salon. I wanted a to go from a dark color to a brown. Owner said what she does best is color correction. She bleached my whole head. Left me there for a long time while worked on other customers. Long story short charged me almost $500. The results are horrific!! My hair is burnt and so damaged. My hair thinned out. I also lost my curls. I was suppose to go back and never did. I am so upset that my hair breaks off with every comb. Very disappointed. She is the professional i trusted her word. I have no clue how long before my hair will look some what decent. It looks horrible when i try to style it. The day i had it done i made an appointment to go back and finish the color correction however as the days passed and i started noticing the damaged i chose not to go. How come she never called to follow up on that appt. I wonder. Never again will i trust a salon.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI made an appointment several weeks in advance for my wedding manicure/pedicure and I show up to find the salon CLOSED with the lights turned off/no one inside. They did not call to let me know or to reschedule and there was no sign left on the door either. They did not answer the phone. I made an appointment several weeks in advance for my wedding manicure/pedicure and I show up to find the salon CLOSED with the lights turned off/no one inside. They did not call to let me know or to reschedule and there was no sign left on the door either. They did not answer the phone.
