I absolutely fell in love with my new hair! It was my first time getting my hair done at Beauty Parlour Salon and I was a bit nervous. However, all I can say is Alexya Chacon went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcomed. She elaborately educated me on the whole process and what proper treatments to use on my hair. As well as provided insightful recommendations for future reference. Alexya thoughtfully engaged in conversation at all times and ensured my comfortability during each step. To say the least, the environment throughout the entire salon felt warm and embracing which is a rare find in Arizona. I will 100% be returning to this amazing salon! @Rosie Rodriguez I apologize for the experience your daughter had. Your daughter showed us her inspo picture and she got the same exact thing.The stylist also put the price on the consent form of which you knew of before starting the service . Once stylist was finished she showed your daughter her hair and she ask if she wanted to do any changes your daughter said no that she was happy with it. We were glad to make an changes of course and stylist did discuss this with your daughter and said it would be additional since her hair came out exactly like her inspo picture. This was her results .

I really love my new hairstyle! Beauty Parlour Salon have an amazing staff and cute aesthetic space! I’m a lil’ scared because it’s my first time bleaching my hair, but the owner, Evelin informed me well before the process. My hairstylist, Marlene did an amazing job on achieving my hair goals.
