Went there several times over the past year or so and felt pretty good about going but yesterday was it. I had a walk in appointment, was told they’d be right with me, waited 30 minutes, and then got skipped over by a woman who was there 5 minutes. They know me, I’m a quick cut, and tip well but apparently being Chinese matters. It was so blatantly rude, I had to re-evaluate and walked out disgusted.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI have to give it a star but if I didn’t have to it there would not even be one star I went in and wanted the platinum look with a tif bit of light colors and ended up coming out with dark blue hair.
