My first impression upon stopping in to checkout the facility, everyone was very inviting and pleasant. They were able to fit me into their schedule upon short notice, which in my busy life spoke mounds. The gal ( Alicia)that took care of me, she “got it” she was amazing. The customer service is amazing. They definitely have my business. They gave the feeling of the comforts of being amongst family & friends. Thank you for being so wonderful.

Been to many salons and trying to find trust again. Awful! They don’t make time to meet with you before hand. Make you feel like and inconvenience! Good luck staying in business that way! I’ve been a manager for 17 years and I can’t imagine treating someone the way they treated me! Being in customer service myself it’s so important to not put off a bad first impression like this.It has to be that bad for me to do this! So many salons to choose from that are way better and more professional and the clients don’t look like they rolled out of bed! You want someone to do your hair that looks put together. In a small town word gets around and trust me this will! The other salons don’t treat you like how I was treated, they understand! Better composition! That’s who I want to do hair! Horrible customer service on so many levels. God only knows what my hair would turn out like! Word of mouth goes along way! Not one salon I’ve been to has ever made me feel like this! Just plain awful!

Bella up the road messed up my appointment time for a cut and color THE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING. Needless to say I was super upset. I called around and Beauty or Beast got me in at 3 and then offered to fit me in even earlier because my rehearsal was at six. Megan was my stylist and absolutely knocked it out of the park. The color was even better than when Bella does it and she even styled it! At the end of the day it was about 50 bucks cheaper than Bella and the staff was far friendlier. Beauty or Beast gained a new client that day with their amazing customer service and wonderful attitudes and skills!
