First time here, and loved it. I took my cousin for her birthday. It was perfect! We both got a gel manicure and pedicure and my nails look great. We were late for our appointment and they were very courteous to still fit us in. They took their time on our nails even while they had several other customers and I never felt rushed, but they also were very efficient with everything.

They have dividers between you and them with only the hand portion open, they have dividers between the chairs, and they are more than 6 ft apart, they sanitize after every customer. I definitely am happy to be able to get my nails done again and so happy I can feel safe doing so. Mask is required for entire service. Worst experience. Will never return. Donna rushes you, does a half ass job. She polished my nails so sloppy. My daughter had her toes polished with 2 designs done on her big toes. The flowers were completely different sizes one large and one small. When I politely brought it to her attention only excuses were given. Not that it could be fixed. I chose not to respond with rudeness because of my daughter being there. I paid for our services and even tipped her. When paying for a service you should not be rushed. You should leave there loving what you paid for. I hope when reading this review you will bypass this establishment for your nail care.

Horrible place! Staff was rushing me out the door. I had a wedding and was hoping for a easy gel manicure and pedicure that looked great. I didn’t notice until I stepped out into the sunlight what a horrible job they had done. When I went back and asked for at least half of my money back they said no and that they would fix it. I told them I didnt have time to fix it because I was here for a wedding and on a schedule. They were very rude, unprofessional, and unreasonable. They thought thier horrible sloppy work was worth the $70 I had paid and kept insisting I let them fix knowing I didnt have the time. I’m all for paying for good quality work, but this place is NOT it. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, any other local salon is more deserving of your money and time.

So the good news is that two of the three employees are owners, so they are vested in making sure that your service is professional, that their salon is clean, and that you get great service. The down side is that you do have to occasionally wait because they do not have half a dozen random manicurists there just to earn a buck, but that is a welcome tradeoff to me to know that both Donna and Jackie have a personal interest in my experience. The establishment is extremely clean and all tools come new out of a sterilized packet for each and every customer. The bowls are properly washed and sterilized, and the bathroom is always clean! I will not go anyplace else and and I have tried many many places. I drive all the way from Leonardtown to ensure that my nails will look good and be healthy at the same time. I would say that nail designs, while offered, probably are not their forte, but you can count on gorgeous natural or natural-looking nails (depending on your preference). Donna also does waxing!
