I wish they had more consistent pricing. I usually love my nails, even though this place is on the pricier side (over 100 for a full set with design, not counting tip). I also wish that I would actually get the person I booked with. I always ask for a specific person and they always send me to someone random in order to cater to someone more regular or someone more likely to complain. My last experience there, I left pretty unsatisfied with my nails, as they seemed to be overbooked and in a rush and had someone newer working. I used to highly recommend this place, but starting to consider other options. Kenny does great work (if you can actually get him to be the one to do it).

If I could give a lower rating, I 100% would. People keep saying Kenny from beauty nails and spa is the best, but honestly I paid $100 for a really bad set of nails from him. I was really uncomfortable in the environment, never had a price discussed before starting, and was passed off to a separate nail artist for the design (which turned out very badly). The nails were super thick at the tip, but really thin on my actual nail, and I was charged for a coffin shape, when they’re still very square. On top of that, they had to remove my nails due to what I wanted(I had a French set on with white acrylic, and wanted a light pink set with clouds) and Kenny had no care as to whether or not he was ripping my actual nail when removing them. He put my hand up to a heater after applying the acrylic, and seemed to get mad when it started to burn. That’s what happens when you over heat acrylic! Maybe I caught them on a bad day, or my idea of good nails are different because I’m not from the area. The only thing I liked about my entire experience, was the music was nice to listen to, and their establishment felt clean. Won’t be going back.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe guy was absolutely horrible with customer service. I asked for gels he gave me acrylics and yelled at me when I tried to stop him. There are gaps between my nails and the acrylic. The acrylic arches up. He let the acrylic run over my nails. And he was yanking my arm to make sure I knew that he was upset at me. I tried to tell him what I wanted and he wouldn’t listen. I ended up having to go to another place to have them fixed as best as they could.Service: ManicureThe guy was absolutely horrible with customer service. This place changed the price of my service 3 times during my visit. They ended up charging 50$ for the most basic set of reg polish acrylics.. no designs, jewels, specialty shape, nothing.. when confronted about their price changing they said everything I referenced was “wrong or old” (their sign in the shop and the webpage) . I also had to wait 15 mins after my appointment time to be seated

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. We had scheduled an appointment since we live in Oregon and were running late, so I called and spoke to Kenny to ask if my daughter can still get her nails done before driving to the salon. Kenny said “yes, someone can do her nails just come in”. We arrived at 2:25pm and were told by Kenny that there were no appointments available. He lied over the phone. I told Kenny that I had just called and spoke to him and he changed what he had said on the phone to “we can’t do your nails” and was extremely rude. He was rude, didn’t care about us driving 40 minutes to get to his salon, even though I called before coming. I had read previous reviews and wanted to give the benefit of the doubt about their customer service but now I know that they don’t care about the customer. DO NOT COME IN TO THIS SALON, WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. I GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE THAT’S THE LOWEST BUT WOULD GIVE 0 INSTEAD.

Paid 35 for dip nails. Picked out a nice orange clolor. And they put hot pink on my nails. I told them it wasn’t the same Color she told me next time we will do the orange. I told her I was not happy and hated the pink color. She didn’t care. Refused to fix it. So disappointed. 031 is apparently hot pink!!

As a cosmetology student I noticed a lot of things. I went here to get my nails done, and they literally skipped more than half the steps of a basic manicure. They didn’t even ask me to wash my hands, soak my hands, put on cuticular oil, clean under my free edge, and they didn’t even put lotion in my hands. I went home and my hands felt so dry and crusty. And those weren’t even everything they missed. They did the absolute bare minimum and charged me $50 dollars. Not only that but they used some materials on my hand that I guarantee you are not sanitized after each client. The design though was ok, I’m not crazy about it, but it looks kinda like what I asked for. So if you are looking to possibly contract a disease, have the bare minimum done, an ok design, and spend a lot of money then this is the place for you.

Critical: ValueCrazy overpriced for the quality of work. I started with a girl that was very quick and good only to be handed off to an older guy that I had to ask to fix the shape multiple times, then kept hitting my fingers with the file. It still hurts and my fingers all have ragged edges around the nails. Then they charged me $46 for all that. Services: Nail art, Gel manicures, Pedicure, Manicure, Acrylic nails
