Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe best thing about our nails was that they were not ridiculously expensive as others have reviewed. That being said, you get what you pay for. As you can see in the pictures the acrylic is uneven and very chunky and unflattering on some nails. I did voice my concerns a couple of times and the ladies that did mine and my daughters nails made us feel as though we inconvenienced them. They were definitely not rude or yelling as others have said but certainly dismissive and annoyed. We came in with trendy inspo pics but they are outdated in their techniques and products. We normally go elsewhere but my normal nail salon was too busy and I had a broken nail that needed to be attended to. In my opinion, if you want something simple and don’t mind the attitude, it’s a good place to go to.*****Edited: the owner’s response shows exactly what I mean by attitude. I am not being rude or vindictive. Just honest. If you would like your business to grow, you need to be kinder to your customers and gain better products and technique. My normal nail salon is very kind to me and I will continue to be their customer, they have not turned me away as you implied. Now I will definitely not go back.
